Made-to-Order Items
Because all products are handmade and created specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom or personalized orders
Incorrect sizes, colors, or variations selected at checkout
Change-of-mind purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, I may offer:
A replacement item
Store credit
A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started. After that time, cancellations may not be possible due to the handmade nature of my products.
Shipping Issues
I am not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout.
Non-Refundable Items
