Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for supporting my handmade crochet business. Each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail, and many products are made to order. Please review the fulfillment timelines and processing information below.

Processing & Creation Times

All fulfillment times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, customization requests, and seasonal demand.

Small & Medium Amigurumi

Estimated fulfillment time:
1–2 weeks

This includes most standard plushies, small character dolls, and medium-sized amigurumi items.

Wearables (Standard)

Estimated fulfillment time:
1–2 weeks

This includes smaller wearable items such as:

  • Hats

  • Gloves

  • Small accessories

  • Simple wearable designs

Large Amigurumi & Larger Wearables

Estimated fulfillment time:
3–4 weeks

This includes:

  • Large plushies or oversized amigurumi

  • Sweaters

  • Cardigans

  • Shawls

  • Scarves

  • More detailed or labor-intensive wearable pieces

Afghans & Large Blanket Projects

Estimated fulfillment time:
1–2 months

Due to the size and time-intensive nature of these projects, afghans, blankets, and large custom home décor pieces require extended production time.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on complexity, yarn availability, and communication regarding design details.

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from fulfillment/creation time. Once an order is completed and shipped, delivery speed depends on the selected shipping carrier and destination.

I am not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available on a limited basis for an additional fee. Please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability.
